premises at Jagatjit Nagar. The unit is located in approx. 323sq.meter area and is equipped with most modern instruments viz. Gas Chromatograph, High performances Liquid Chromatograph, Fluoro spectrometer, Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, MilkoScan etc. The R & D unit has the pilot plant facililty such as Single Effect Evaporator, Vacuum Ovens, Aerobic Fermentator, Mixing and Dehydration Reactors, Colloidmill etc. The JIL R & D have developed newer product in the malted Milk Food and Alcoholic beverages to company's range of products. |
