The plant has two natural gas fire furnaces. There are five fully automatic I.S.Glass forming machines capable of manufacturing bottles and jars with the capacities ranging from 100ml to 1400ml.

This division has installed micro process based computerized batch house. It has an automatic weighing and feeding systems to ensure quality glass. 
The in-house power generating capacity is sufficient to operate the plant in case the power supply from State Electricity Board fails.

This unit receives continuous supply of natural gas from the Gas Authority of India Limited (GAIL).

 
The unit has an in-house moulding workshop to manufacture, repair the mould and has Cad mould designed facilities.

UG has a Three Color Strutz Machine and a Kammann Machine for printing.This printing unit has the capacity to decorate three million soft drink bottles per month.
